"The hotel itself is really lovely and whilst it is clearly an expensive and upmarket place, the staff are incredibly warm and friendly - you are never made to feel like you don't belong. Beds really comfortable, spa was excellent and the outdoor pool was such a nice treat in the heatwave we are having."

"We had a wonderful meal in the dining room. The outside terrace is lovely for an afternoon drink, the hotel is very charming, the bedrooms are very adequate and comfortable. Perhaps the bedrooms area, passageways, etc. are a little tired looking, but all in all we had a fabulous stay and will go again."
