"Lovely location, well equipped kitchen. Everything clean. Gift of farm bacon and eggs as we arrived. About 20 minutes from most seaside places, Conwy. Upside side house gives beautiful views from the open plan lounge/kitchen. Bathroom is off main bathroom."

feel to the place, attention to detail was second to none...for example our bathroom light went out in the morning, I forgot to advise them of this but by the time we returned to the room in the afternoon it had been replaced!!! "

"The instructions were not clear. They don’t communicate properly. When we arrived at the property there is no key, one of the room is not yet ready, property smells of cigarette, dirty, linens were not changed still smells from the last guests. We were relocated to a different apartment which is the same and it was freezing cold and very dark. I called the host but they don’t pick up the call. Poor communication especially if the guests have children and coming from a long way. "
