About this property

Ane Marie House

  • Our apartment is located in the most beautiful part of Avola, just off the avenue leading to Avola’s main beach—where you’ll also find the best pastry shop. It features a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook all your favourite dishes, air conditioning, and a 32-inch wall-mounted TV; a spacious bedroom, also equipped with air conditioning and a 32-inch wall-mounted TV; and a large bathroom with a hydromassage shower. In the evening, you can enjoy the balcony while chatting and sipping a nice drink or eating a delicious ice cream. Right next door, you’ll find a fish market where you can buy ready-to-eat seafood, a supermarket where you can conveniently do your shopping, a well-stocked fruit stand, a stationery and bookshop, and, as mentioned earlier, the café/pastry shop with the best breakfast in Avola. Our apartment is 20 kn from Syracuse and 5 km from Noto.

Sonst alles top!!
