Our time at Arden House was perfect! Convenient parking, warm welcome, clean and comfortable room. Awesome breakfast, good insights on local activities. Did I mention our charming host/hostess? This was one of the highlights of our trip.

From the moment I stepped in through the bar area to reception and rung the bell, I liked the vibe of this hotel inn. The staff were efficient, friendly and and provided relevant information to do with meal times and any other query. Pillows were great and single room I had was very comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom just outside the door. Had own basin in room and tea/coffee making facilities in room. Wifi was efficient and tv in the room (not that I bothered to watch). Dinner meal was tasty and again service was great. Full breakfast incl in price of room, so I think I bagged a bargain. Loved it.

Stay here was fine, about a mile and a half from centre of Aviemore. Adequate parking. No toiletries provided, just handwash. A kettle and mugs in room but no teabags or coffee. A good breakfast.

The Inn was in a great location for the activities we had planned at the Cairngorms NP.. The staff was delightful and knoweledgable. Our room was comfortable, however we always did have problems with figuring out the showers in all our B&Bs.

The hotel was convenient for the purpose of my one-day visit to Kingussie. An unusual and original layout, being a converted Croft. Single room comfortable and I'd rate it as adequate. Restaurant a bit canteen-ish but menu and cooking both fine.

I highly recommend staying there, the breakfast is superb, such a beautiful place in a beautiful setting.

This is the first time I stayed in a garden pod,'it was very nice and cozy. There was s communal kitten with required utensils. Rating overall good to stay.

Such a lovely stay! We were welcomed with a slice of homemade lemon loaf and a large assortment of teas which we appreciated. The bedroom and bathroom was huge, as was the amazing cooked breakfast of bacon, black pudding etc. I need to know how they could make porriage taste so amazing!! Such a lovely couple, very keen for a chat and to provide recommendations. Very satisfied! Beautiful location, 20mins to Balmoral Castle, you can't go wrong, one of our best stays this trip, if not the best! 10/10
