The hotel looks great in pictures, but once you step in there’s a horrible incense like scent everywhere. Upon checking in, I saw a lady coming out of the elevator with a sheer top and nothing underneath. The reins are pretty but the bathrooms seem like they should be at an erotic hotel. Windows from bathroom to bedroom, etc. The rooms are well furnished, but the hotel needs urgent remodeling. I wouldn’t stay here again. The staff were really friendly.

Excelente hotel, increíble atención del personal, es muy hermosa la propiedad es una visita obligada en el centro de la CDMX aun cuando no tes hospedes ahí, pero si te quedas entraras en una maquina del tiempo con atención de primera

The place is clean and in a very good location. The bathroom lacks privacy, the window that divided from the dinning commons area has an open window so you can hear everything that is going on … :-/ There are no full time staff in situ, and the keyless pad to enter the premise is “capricious.” Very good area, safe, very close tho Chapultepec metro and Park. The TV did not work for us… They change the towels every fifth day… :(
