"Superbly located in the heart of Sydney CBD. Walking distance to Sydney Opera House. Light rail & train within 5 minutes walk, so easy access to all places of interest. Very friendly & helpful staff. Room is well-equipped with everything that one needs. Only complaint is there isn't adequate hooks/bars to hang clothes/towels in the otherwise well-equipped toilet. Only 1 bar below the sink to hang towels which resulted in them dragging on the floor & us stepping on them all the time."

"World Square is a great location in the city - close to shops, public transport and heaps of food options within walking distance. Hotel was a little dated but overall very pleasant experience with staff and in room amenities. "

"The room was straight out of the 60's and tired. Got email from hotel after checking out that hotel was just purchased and needs refurbishing. If that's the case why are you charging full fare. If I order a steak at a restaurant and they run out they don't serve me a hamburger and still charge me the price of the steak. The staff were very friendly and have heard these complaints before. They handled the complaints well."

"We came in from out of the rain and like a sunshine rainbow the woman behind the desk hooked us up with a beautiful room and a beautiful view on the top floor. We felt special the moment we arrived st the property when we were greets in the rain and they helped us pull our luggage in. Great service the indoor pool and hot tub/sauna was especially helpful after a day spent at Bondi or shopping at the very near Queen Victoria Shopping center. Great location and great service. Definitely recommend Meriton Suites Sussex Road, Sydney. We used public transport without issue and had no problem getting around. Easy walk to Darling Harbor and the activities at the pier."
