"Located walking distance from 6th and attractions."
I stayed Sunday-Monday, one night stay, while attending a Hair Show Convention. Check in was a breeze, I arrived at 2PM. There is a self park parking garage beneath the hotel for $26 a night, but it is worth it since you won't be needing your car for the rest of the stay. Atleast I didn't. The hotel is very clean and sleek. My only complaint was the view, we were located in room 401 and had a view of beams and other office buildings. Kinda a bummer, since I have stayed at this Omni before and had a great cityline view. It was a corner room however, the wrap around windows would have been a delight if the veiw was different. There is a mini bar for an additional charge. The room was big enough, however there were two unnessary dressers for clothing in the room. To me, if they were removed it would reallyopen up the room, especially since there was a built in closet available. Robes and a coffee maker are included. The bathroom was big, but the shower situations made it almost impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom, due to the fact it pointed out towards the shower curtain, odd setup. We didn't go downstairs to the restuarant or bar area. But they both looked nice. Room service was fast, I reccomend the nachos and cobb salad, both were delicious. However the texas burger was dry, the salmon salad dry and bland and the reuben tasted old. Overall it was a nice stay, I booked it due to the fact it was located downtown. Location, location, location.
