Front desk staff were very professional and attentive, the hotel is well maintained and clean, and the rooms are modern and updated. The TV in our room was very big and we had a sitting area and desk as well. For a standard room it was very nice and exactly what we needed. We will definitely be back!

Clean premises, helpful front desk, comfy bed--checked most of my boxes. The only negatives relate to the breakfast service. In the first incident, the dining room staff were loud toward each other at 7 o'clock in the morning. In the second, we had to leave Georgetown early to catch a 1 p.m. flight in Dallas. The breakfast room was open at 6 a.m., but only the coffee was available. Breakfast was not completely laid out until between 6:30 and 6:45 a.m. We ended up taking our breakfast to go and left 1 hr. late. (We lucked out with the traffic and caught our plane.) Other than that breakfast was fine: hot and cold items, and a coffee machine that dispensed cappuccino.

The staff was EXCELLENT! So nice and accommodating, called to see if we needed anything. We were there for an early morning event so they had breakfast ready early for our group. Would recommend to friends and would stay there again.
