Everything was very clean and functioning: microwave, coffee machine, ice maker in the freezer... I loved the dining room / kitchen eating area due to the openness and natural light. ##### Ana R. We traveled with a small group of colleagues to attend SXSW and this house was perfect for our needs. It has plenty of space, both indoor and outdoor, including a small pool that was refreshing before long days at the conference. It is only a short (\~15 min) walk to the main center of town, and there were lots of great restaurants and bars on the east side within walking distance too. I'd recommend it to any group and we are looking forward to next year already! ##### Bill C. We loved everything about it. The guest house is a little detached, but works out well for a large groups. We did not notice any one sleeping in the back like a previous review had mentioned it seems like that has been corrected. For large groups or large families this is an excellent home and an excellent location would highly recommend and will stay here soon again. ##### John P. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, & play grounds. The house was clean. The house was under-stocked when it came to paper towels & toilet paper & the outdoor garbage was full when we arrived and didn’t get picked up during our 5 day stay which made things a little difficult. The house is situated very close to many good restaurants as well as target and Whole Foods. We even walked home from 6th street one night and it was an easy, safe walk. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is very nice and spacious. The rooms were all roomy and well appointed. It was perfect for our group. Like everyone on the reviews said, the separate apartment is separated from the house - you have to walk outside of the backyard gate in order to get to it - but it didn’t bother us. It is a very cute apartment and the person who stayed there appreciated it because she’s a light sleeper. The property manager was super quick to respond so no issues there. Overall, a great time in Austin and would definitely recommend the house for a big group. ##### Fabiola P.
