About this space  
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Done with Southeast & South Asian decor from Thailand, Vietnam, The Philippines, & India. This is a perfect place to relax & enjoy your stay in Austin. Full-grain leather sofa, solid wood furniture, 70" TV in living & 50" TVs in bedrooms. The kitchen has a Keurig Duo, full spice rack, Calphalon cookware, extra-large fridge with ice maker, washer, & dryer.  
The space  
House Rules: There will be a $250 fine for breaking the following house rules.  
• Having a pet without paying a pet deposit  
• No pets on the furniture  
• No drugs or smoking  
• No parties or events  
  
You must also acknowledge:  
• Must climb stairs - Bedrooms & full bathroom on 2nd floor.  
Guest access  
Keyless entry with two free parking spots. There is also street parking.  
Other things to note  
The name "Sheva Place" comes from a word in the Thai language, "Sheva" which means "life. We hope you enjoy your stay at the Sheva Place!
