"We stayed here on our last night in Poland. It’s right across from the departure hall of the airport. It looked very modern. We ate dinner in the restaurant. The staff was very attentive and the food was good. Lots of options for breakfast too including made-to-order omelets. Our room was spacious and clean. My only complaint was I didn’t really like the glass walls around the bathroom because it lacks privacy when you need it most- I love my husband but there are certain sounds I don’t want to hear and I’m sure he feels the same."

"The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The rest is definitely a case of style over substance. The prices are exorbitant given the quality of the rooms. I was personally sold a substandard room with no electricity for 250 euros. As compensation, I was given a drink at the bar, which is laughable. The rooms are run-down, and the biggest downside is the snooty and rude staff. Underground parking this is a joke. Driving down level 2 is a nightmare because narrow descent"

"I now hear that My other Paid guest experienced comments from the staff which were inappropriate. A Ukrainian Citizen was my guest and a business associate. She is also a Paid Patron of your hotel. While I understand there is a War going on in your region, Negative Comments were made to her regarding her Ukrainian Citizenship by your front desk staff during her checkout. The Nationality of a customer I hope would never be an issue and it is unfortunate I was not present to hear such remarks. Very disturbing to know and it certainly changing my viewpoint of your establishment. I do frequent the City of Warsaw and will consider this disappointment upon my next visit. Thank for listening."
