"I rented this apartment for about a week during business presentation in Kingston. The staff were helpful, detailed and kind. Also, the location and general layout is very safe and well-kept. I appreciated having laundry appliances and a full kitchen with pots and pans so that I could cook, too. "I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. I stayed one night. The TV never worked even though someone came to "fix" it. It worked for 10 minutes. :( Also, the pic of the pool is deceiving. It's a wading pool right in the middle of the dining and bar space - super weird. The hot breakfast saved the day, which was delicious and the server was friendly and courteous. Definitely not worth the price. "

"We travelled as two couples & were lucky enough to stay in the King Rooms, following an upgrade! Which we greatly appreciated. Our third time here and we never regret booking. The staff are amazing the rooms were spotless (albeit a few mosquitoes arrived, but were soon dealt with once reported). They are renovating parts of the property, but no noise or inconvenience. The management, with Katherine, executive Sous Chef, Yvonne (and others whose names we cannot remember), went out of their way to ensure our three nights stay was memorable. We enjoyed every moment and will surely return again. It’s within walking distance to a lovely beach, Gloria’s restaurants, Giddy house, with all of its history, was very informative. Also a wonderful cruise around the harbour, a definite must do! Do not hesitate to book this hotel. Highly recommended."
