I am very surprised by your comments as this apartment normally has very positive remarks. The couch is new and leather, the tables are marble and it has a new carpet and new roller blinds, 100% cotton linen and top quality outdoor furniture so hardly low budget or hostel. Luckily 99% of reviews are super positive.

Thanks for the great 4 out of 5 - there are full instructions on the air conditioner and it does have a heating function. The passwords are in the guest compendium and we have never had issues before - so lll double check them

The lockbox details given are detailed with a link to photos so we normally don't have issues with this. Sorry about the lift - I believe it was fixed quickly.

We get a special Parkmate rate for the parking with full details on your confirmation that you must have missed. 40 for 24 hours right outside the building.

Hi Glenn - pleased to see that you enjoyed the location and parking availability of the apartment, however, it is surprising that you viewed the apartment as being "very tired" as most of the furnishings/bedding/appliances are no older than 2 years.

Glad you thought the apartment was perfect for your stay - Ongoing maintenance to keep the property tip top is not something we can do anything about... hence wasn't sure what sort of reply your were after when you advised us they were painting the hallway. We are here to help with any guest issues 24/7.

The issue with the front door to building was immediately resolved by the complex management and not sure why you struggled to get in and out as the door was open and was left open as I told you. I remember you had issues following instructions as you failed to drop keys back as requested when I called you and by text. We normally have no issues with our detailed instructions.

Glad you enjoyed the location - we have 24/7 security who are on call for any noise so not sure why you dint call them or let us know as we would have actioned immediately. Will check tap tomorrow as no one reported that and cleaner said it was Ok when she cleaned. The bed is new and medium with a feather top and all guests have said how comfy it is ! 2 out of 5 is not accurate for your complaints.

I see you stayed in the studio and we normally get a much higher rating so please PM me why we didn't meet your expectations.
