The bed was a little worn, but I slept OK. The bathroom looked pretty clean. The carpet was very worn in the room and definitely had not been vacuumed. The inside of the door to my room had something smeared all over it. The hallway leading to my room look like somebody threw a Coke up against the wall and it dripped down and it was still there dried. Overall, for the price in the short day, I just needed a quick sleep before flight. It was OK.

The apartment was fine except there were no instructions how to operate otherwise high quality appliances. The biggest drawback though was the complete lack of staff willing to assist with check in and advice, only a phone number to call which was tricky with a non-American phone. Expedia did not supply the codes to enter the building or to enter the apartment. One staff member was at the desk when I left but she said she was only responsible for the long-term residents and could not help me. But for the price it was otherwise a reasonable deal. Outlets where to buy food were not indicated. The closest I could find was about a 10 minute walk away. More customer support definitely needed I think

Stay was excellent minus the pool. For us the pool is a big deal and one of the things my kids look forward to most. The pool water was green and there was so much water outside the pool on the floor there was no place to sit that was dry. Also towels were not stocked either time we used the pool. Otherwise the room was fine, staff was great and breakfast was average.
