"There was just enough parking, the instructions on how to enter the property was simple & accurate. The room was perfect for an overnight stop, bed clothing was fresh & clean. The shower was on the small size (I’m Big) other than that great."

"First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. "Clean room, lovely staff, great location for getting to Download festival. Really good value for money. A few things to note - the reception is located in a different area of the campus to the accommodation. For the reception you want to navigate to the South entrance on Landcroft Lane and then take the first left.
