Our room was huge - more like an apartment! It was spotless and the bed incredibly comfortable. The staff was lovely too.

Fantastic stay, great location, helpful staff and comfortable room

The staff were all very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel was different from our UK Best Western experiences and expectations, however this did not detract from the comfort and hospitality. Visiting family to meet our new baby granddaughter, we chose this hotel for proximity to their apt. We didnt hire a car, however we went for a walk each evening and found the area clean and quiet. We felt safe at all times.

Breakfast not very good - no bread just bagels for toast. Not as much options as other hotels

Everything was perfect. I love the lobby and the room was so clean and tidy. Lovely big space for the family. I would highly recommend this place for family or the business trip.

I have stayed at Graduate hotels before and this was my best experience. The check in experience was great and the check in desk is a hoot (Vol Navy), overall the decor of the hotel is in line with the UT theme and the location is right on campus & next door to Gus’s Good Times Deli. So easy to walk everywhere. Neyland is no more than a 10 min walk. I used valet parking and it was efficient & not overly expensive. Air con had been left on at 62F when we arrived late. Room terribly cold until we could warm it up, water all over floor from condensation

This is still a big chain hotel - but the staff are really helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable with good temperature control, loads of fluffy towels and pillows, and a great location to explore Knoxville being very central, but still quiet. So worth it!

Rooms could do with a bit of a revamp but very clean and comfortable for our one night stay, breakfast very good and staff friendly and pleasant
