This is not a property that anyone should stay in. The picture shows nothing like the property in person. I do not know where I should begin. But, here are few: - This is being advertised as 'Luxury Suits'. I have take a video I wish I could upload here. Nothing luxury at all. - The rooms are super congested. I have pics. Far less space than a traditional hotel room. - The room has a view. You can see the wall of the neighboring property. - There is an elevator, if you can call it that. It will fit only one person. Not 'two' and only 'one'. - You cannot park anywhere close to the property. We had to park our cars about 3 min away in a parking lot and haul our heavy suitcases. That was ridiculous. Anyway, stay away from it.

Hello and thank you for your feedback.First of all the size of the room is 25 sqm - I have been staying in many hotels - this size is more than the average hotel room size. But in anyway the size is published in advance so you could have known that ahead of booking.Second, you paid 55 Euro per night - our rooms are decorated as the picture show - if your standards are higher pay 150 Euro per night and stay in a luxury. hotel.Your complaint about the parking is absurd - we give FREE parking to our guests - very few properties give free parking - this is the historic center of Athens - there are many restrictions for cars parking - there are no buildings with parking in the center - and you complain that you had to walk 3 minutes from the parking to the property??? are you real???

We liked the security of the property. Overall the communication was excellent but we did have an issue right when we got to the apartments. We got to the location and had a code for everything except to acquire our key. We stood outside in the hallway for about twenty minutes waiting on that information. I would say that was the only thing that caused in frustration. The room was in a great location within the city center. We had no issues arranging a taxi both to and from

Was a very clean room, had a stove, kitchen sink, microwave and a fridge. The communication by the host was done well and they were responsive. The only comment I have is that when others are in the hall of the apartment it can be loud, however, this only occurs during the day. As well, there was a time when we came back from being out for the day and the room to our door was open and maintenance was being done. If notice was given for this it would have been fine but there was no communication beforehand. Of course all our belongings were still there, but it would have been nice to know.

Very loud music at midnight so hard to sleep
When we entered the room, we realized that the sofa bed was broken and did not fully open. I immediately messaged the situation to Despina, the manager of the hotel. She said she didn't know about this, that the lady in charge of cleaning didn't give any information, and that she would talk to her right away. The next day, my daughter was having a hard time on a bed that wasn't fully opened, and I wanted them to fix it. She said it couldn't be fixed because it was Sunday. I asked for it to be fixed the next day but she didn't get back to us until she left the room. I was very upset that they met us with a broken and not fully opened bed and did not solve the problem for 5 days. There are also many bars and restaurants just below the room. Very loud music sounds until 3 o'clock at night. especially on the weekend music gets louder and it is impossible to sleep. By the way, the location of the room was very central and very close to attractions.

The owner of this property accommodated us even when we messed up the booking date. Would recommend! The immediate area was packed with people when we stayed Saturday night with loads of outdoor dining.

A bit cramped for a family of 4 but we knew that when we booked. The star deduction is for an awful smell that would enter the room now and again ? Through vents. But overall a nice place for the price and the location is spot on.

Perfect location for the shopping and historical centre of Athens, and right next to a metro station that connects to the airport, ferry/cruise port, and city centre. Host was very responsive, replying to messages almost immediately. We were offered a taxi from the airport, and the driver was able to take us right to the front door. One thing to note is that grocery stores are nearby but have early closing times so if you are using the kitchen make sure to get supplies earlier in the day.

Bed was comfortable. Area around property is excellent! Lots of dining options and feels very safe to walk around. Very quaint and happening part of Athens. Cons: Elevator seems very unsafe. Exposed wires, wobbly, too small for 2 people and 2 suitcases, doesn’t move right away, you are left standing inside it wondering if it is stuck or not. Would suggest only using for luggage and not people. We used it once and then not again, chose to carry our large suitcases back down the stairs. If you are a large person, you will not fit into the bathroom b/c clearance between door and vanity counter is only an inch or two. I am a small person and found it challenging. Communication with property owner is quick, which is good, but they are way too concerned with yodelling you breakfast or a taxi to the airport. I had to contact them several times b/c all I wanted was detailed walking instructions and not all of the other info. We had to ask several people, but eventually found it. Detailed instructions with a pdf map with landmarks would have been a huge help.

My 2nd visit
This is the second time I have stayed in these apartments as my first stay was great. The room was clean, has a super comfortable bed, compact kitchen area with everything you need, great hot shower and the area is really convenient for Monastraki / Thessio and Psyri with all of its bars and restaurants. As there are bars / restaurants downstairs and over the road, it can be a little noisy in the evening. I would suspect that the graffiti decoration is not to everyone’s taste, but overlooking that, the apartment is perfect for a short stay in Athens!

The room is very clean and well equipped. Fridge very quiet. The cleaning lady helped wash my husbands clothes once. Very helpful. Great location. We arrived at noon on the first day and wanted to drop off our luggage, but the cleaning lady didn't know which room we were allocated so didnt know where we should store our luggage. It took myself some time to find this out from the hotel owners through whatsapp. But in general, a good experience.

The suites are in excellent condition and very comfortable.They have everything you need for a great stay, you can easily cook a meal in case you want or just chill in the sofa. Good ventilation and lighting. The location is great, 5 minutos walk to the metro and walking distance from multiple eating and drinking options. The main tourists attraction are also 1km away. This is much better than booking a hotel, there is no way you get this for the price they charge.

Would definitely stay here again. The room was super nice, however, we reserved a double room that came with a pull out couch and we could not figure out how to get the couch to lock in place when in the bed position. The foot of the bed was constantly falling off of the frame. Overall, Despina, the manager, was very kind. The room came with a kitchenette stocked with bowls/equipment and the location is very close to several restaurants, the Monastiraki market, and Acropolis!

The property is obviously recently renovated, lots of modern conveniences, and the bed was super comfortable. As a heads up, you need to turn in the boiler for awhile before you shower, otherwise your shower is cold. But the location is amazing, and accessing the property very easy.

I had an excellent time in Triple A. The room was perfect, and it’s really well located. I highly recommend the place! All the instructions to self check in was sent to me via WhatsApp so I didn’t have any problems with that.

Lage 11/10. Kommunikation Katastrophe. Konnten nicht einchecken und standen mitten in der Nacht vor verschlossener Türe. Der Akku ging zu Neige und der erste Tag war gelaufen. Der Besitzer konnte uns dann per WhatsApp helfen um 6 Uhr morgens! Wir hatten einfach keine Zugangsdaten bekommen. Respektive war der Rest des Tags auch gelaufen, weil wir erstmal Schlaf nachholen mussten, nachdem wir Stunden lang auf der Straße mit Gepäck ausharrten. Bis heute kam nicht mal ein sorry. Apartment ansonsten ok.

Se você não quiser usar o transporte público pode caminhar em torno de 20 a 30 minutos e chegará aos principais pontos turísticos de Atenas. L'appartement est tres bien situé, quoi qu'un peu bruyant le soir. Equipement moderne et fonctionnel qui mériterait d'être complété par une table (espace un peu petit). Propriétaire disponible par téléphone pour toute question (reactif dans notre cas suite au chauffe eau hs) bien qu'il n'y ait pas de réception sur place.

A really excellent experience
The whole experience was really perfect. From my first contact with Ronen and Despina to my check-out everything was unique. Despina helped me totally on everything before and during my check-in. The apartment is ideally located in one of the best areas of Athens. Comfortable, fully equiped, excellent bed, excellent bathroom, smart tv is a big plus too. Hope to get back there soon again.
