Dear Maricruz,Thank you for being our guest.We are very sorry you feel that way but would also like to set things straight.You had three reservations which you cancelled one at a time.Then you rebooked and cancelled again.The last time you made two reservations, 1 for 2 rooms and 1 for 1On your email you asked if you could check in early and we replied that you can come to the hotel and if the rooms are ready you can check in right away otherwise you could leave your luggage with us.At your arrival at 09:00 you mentioned the name on the reservation for 2 rooms and insisted that on this name you have three rooms, the receptionist showed the list if you see your name anywhere else and you could not see it.He then suggested you put all the luggage in the room that is ready and we will let you know as they come ready and see what is wrong with your "third" room and we will fix it, to which you declined and in the mean time harassed other guests already staying with us.All your friends apologised for your abusive behaviour and they spotted the "third" room that was under a different name I can't know if it was your sister or another relative but the room was there.Rooms might be small but everything is working, the hairdryer has a trigger as well as on on/off switch on the base, if there Wass any problem we would love to fix it but it was never mentioned.

Dear Kim,We would like to mention that as you know all reviews are from actual guests that must stay with us before leaving a comment so I find your comments offending for our guests.You have had a reservation with us and although you could cancel it for free you waited for the very last moment to do it and rooms are not sold easily the last moment if sold at all, your room was only sold for one night after you cancelled.You had a booking with an Online Travel Agency and paid them directly there is nothing from us to be refunded and not only that we pay commission to cancellation costs also.Your review was expected as you have threatened and I quote "... I requested a refund through Expedia but unfortunately you declined, I will be giving extremely bad reviews on any site that has your hotel advertised..." Unfortunate but Scripta ManentAs per my reply on your direct mail "..We are sorry you feel this way and despite your threats of reviews on every site possible we would still like to have you back and for any issues we would address immediately if we only knowThank you again "
