Modern Studio Apartment - 402
Studio 402 - up to an excellent modern standard, and exceptional cleaness. Location few minutes from metro and therefore access to the metro blue line which is directly to the airport. The studio has a balcony with a view to the acropolis from side of the balcony. The area has a number of nightclubs near by and at the weekends can be noisy. Also, balcony on the roof giving views of the area but if being used late at night can be noisy in the studio below with people moving chairs about. This only happened one night at 2am during our 4 night stay.

Security of building was good, the area had many strip clubs & loud clubs with music going until 7-8 am…the management kept turning the air conditioning off so we had to open doors to get air in unit, no windows or fans & a bat came in & it was a terrifying horrible experience, which I know was a very random thing to happen & might never happen again but being put in that position was wrong of management to do to us…but the property & condition was very good, clean & nicely put together with all the basic necessities, the local ‘square’ was great too, overall good experience for the most part & beautiful views from the rooftop

Fantastic Stay
Very fun location in Athens "Gayborhood." Our host was amazing and our stay was fantastic. I like staying here because there were less tourist traps such as if you're in Plaka.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The loft is very nice and the attention to detail (slippers, loofah sponge, earplugs 😅) added to the enjoyment. Eva had great communication throughout. As the other reviews have mentioned, there is a loud party scene that lasts into the wee hours, but it didn't really bother us. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

The unit has been beautifully renovated and the location within walking distance to lots of restaurants and the Metro is ideal. Only downside is the very active nightlife nearby can be a bit noisy, but management provides ear plugs for light sleepers. If ever in Athens again will definitely stay here.

Great location. The loft was wonderful. Having two baths was worth having the bigger space. The staff were great and responsive. The noise was a bit much, but I was able to sleep. Being so close to many restaurants and the metro made this location excellent.

The property is well designed and appointed generally. The design includes windows facing the Acropolis at a good distance - close enough to see some details and far enough to gain context. It's very secure internally while the location is quite run down. The manager is very attentive.

Fab stay and attentive host
Fab stay, thoroughly enjoyed it! Cleaning was ace, loft was modern and had everything you could think to ask for and more, location was very central with lots of restaurants and bars off it and just 2 stops away from the the main syntagma square as well. You can tell the area is going through a regeneration scheme, so a mix of rough and modern buildings side by side but still was still okay. Only downsides for us were the fact that being so close to bars and clubs meant noise all night every night ( really can’t avoid that) and the bed was 2 separate singles pushed together which kept drifting apart from each other when you sleep so as a couple wasn’t comfortable for us. Otherwise really great loft with an excellent and ready to help host! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the place despite above issues as was overall still a great stay.

Eva is a wonderful host. She is very helpful and responds quickly. The area is great. There are a lot of great restaurants and cafes close by. The hotel is highly secure. I world definitely recommend staying at the Athenian View Loft.

Awesome stay!
Everything was great here! The loft was super clean and had what we needed. Our family enjoyed the loft and we were able to catch a taxi pretty easily to get us places.

Eva was great about communicating the check in and check out procedures with us. Gave us the building code the morning of check in and everything was smooth sailing. The interior of the loft was great. Everything was brand new, stylish, spacious. The neighbourhood has lots of dining options that are within walkable distance. Note that the sofa bed downstairs wasn't as comfortable and the noise from the clubs can sometimes be heard at night if you leave windows open. It is in a neighbourhood that's going through some gentrification. Overall, it was a great option for us to stay for one night in Athens before heading to the airport on the M3 line (3min walk)!

The property itself is amazing and beautiful. The rooftop area is gorgeous at night - full 360 view of the city all around. The walls are kinda thin - we heard all the loud music and vehicle noises … there is a bunch of bars around the area but still nonetheless - I would book again :)

This is definitely the best apartment we have ever stayed in So much space in this awesome duplex with awesome showers fantastic kitchen area very comfy beds very cool decor great balconies awesome view of the acropolis very secure This is definitely a great place to stay

Excellent logement mais le logement est situé dans une zone extrêmement bruyante. Il y a une boîte de nuit en bas de l’immeuble avec de l’électricité a ciel ouvert Même avec des boules quies, il n’est pas possible de dormir C’est vraiment très dommage

Fräscht, bekvämt och bra. Snabb kommunikation med personal. Rekommenderar verkligen! Men, bra att veta är att det är ett område med mycket hög musik. Från en lördag till söndag spelade de en konsert nära intill fram till 05:00. Det är dock ganska bra isolerat och de hade fixar öronproppar på rummet. Det är mycket klubbar och så i området.

Alles in einem sehr gut sauber und alles was man benötigt. Was mich bisschen gestört hat war dass es am Wochenende lauter war da daneben Nachtclubs sind. Man hört auch wenn die Nachbarn (Loft) sich unterhalten da die Türe nicht wirklich dämmt

Das Design der Unterkunft ist einmalig, sie ist groß und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist toll zum Entspannen und oben auf dem Dach befindet sich eine Gemeinschaftsterasse, wo man die ganze Stadt betrachten und etwas sitzen kann. Insgesamt eine schöne, moderne und saubere Unterkunft. Da sie mitten in der Stadt ist, ist es natürlich etwas laut. Damit muss man rechnen, aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Lautstärkepegel erträglich.

Self service apartment. Contact through WhatsApp and get the PIN to go in and check-in is completed. Big supermarket within 10min walk and cooking too available. Neighbourhood is a bit too quiet and night clubs at night. Eva (point of contact) was very helpful throughout the whole process and she helped us in staying 2 more nights there when we missed our flight back home.
