Great location
GREAT location, walking distance to everything yet not in the middle of town. Very accommodating property staff that were always available and easy to communicate with for anything! Apartment view perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids but would be a little cramped for 4 adults. The neighbors were very loud at all hours of the night but with all the walking done in Athens you might not even notice!

Kindly also be advised that the Superior Apartment consists of two identical master bedrooms with their own bathrooms. There is also a couch that can accommodate a 5th person. As the bedrooms are identical the property can comfortably accommodate 4 adults, to say the least. The apartment is located in one of the quietest streets of Acropolis and we are very sorry to hear that you had experienced noises from the neighbors, as this is honestly the first time we hear of something like that. This property is perfectly situated in the city center of Athens. Its great walking distance to the Acropolis, shopping areas and great restaurants. The apartment was fantastic for the 5 adults in our group (3 bedrooms, 3 baths). WIFI worked perfectly, Air Conditioning worked great. Hot Tub needs a little help (cover was broken and it wouldn't stay hot enough). I highly recommend this property.

AMAZING!
The place was amazing! Hara was the best host and so attentive to our needs. We needed a car to get us to the ferry the next morning and she was able to get it right away. The place was so clean and very comfortable and modern. I would recommend this.

Great views of acropolis. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. The only thing was floor is a bit noisy and we were worried our kids would disturb Neighbours. Greats area too.

Centrally located! We were in walking distance to all of Athens major attractions. We could walk around the corner, 5 minutes or less to restaurants and street vendors. Easily accommodates large crowds (we were a group of 10). Stunning views from the 4th floor patio.

Fantastic locations (we stayed in two different apartments) extremely convenient for Monastraki, Thissio, the Acropolis and the museums. Very tranquil due to the park opposite. CAUTION: there is an outdoor cinema nearby some of the apartments which may be noisy when active. There is sufficient cooking facililities but a toaster would be a nice addition. Some of the furniture has loose and missing screws which showed a lack of care but that appeared to be rectified when it was pointed out. The contact man - Costas - could not have been more helpful and gave more than was reasonable to expect. Both our grandsons confirmed the apartments were really good.

Amazing apartment within footsteps of the monuments. Nestled in a neighborhood just minutes from the Agora, Forum, and Acropolis. There are nearby restaurants, shops, and a Metro stop. The apartment was spacious, clean, and gorgeous. The host was very friendly, giving us food and travel recommendations and a complimentary bottle of wine. Absolutely loved the stay and would stay there again.

Inviting! Clean! Quiet! Best location in Athens!
I don't know if there are any better locations to stay in Athens, but you would be hard pressed to find one! Perfect cosy apartment walking distance to all of the major sites, with great restaurants all around, view of the Acropolis is a two-minute walk out the door. The host was simply fantastic, with great communication. Informative, accommodating, and kind. This apartment severed as a perfect base for sight seeing and fun. The next time I return to Athens, I will certainly stay here again!

The cushions on the top terrace was dirty, and not enough for 10people, the water in the Jacuzzi was not clean, and according to the reading of the Jacuzzi ,the water has not been changed for 20 days, some of the plumbing in the lower bath rooms was not working properly , otherwise everything else was perfect.

We had an excellent experience at Acropolis Luxury Apartments. The unit in which we stayed functioned more like an AirB&B than a hotel. We coordinated a car from the hotel before our stay, met with our contact when we arrived at the hotel, and coordinated a ride back to the airport. The location is incredible, one half block from the pedestrian walk around the Acropolis. It's ten minutes in one direction to buy tickets for the Parthenon and ten minutes in the other direction to the Plaka. We highly recommend it.

The apartment and location was awesome for our family of five. Aris (the manager) was super helpful in providing in info about the area and arranging for pickup from the airport. We loved the views of the Parthenon and city from the upstairs balcony! The Apartment itself was very clean and centrally located to shops, metro and attractions.

Perfect location.
Highly recommend this apartment. It’s location in Thissio is perfect, close to the Acropolis, metro and many restaurants. It’s extremely well equipped, comfortable beds, invigorating showers and a hot tub with a VIEW! The managers of the apartment Stefanos, Dimitris, Aris and Panos are exceptional and insured we had a comfortable stay, helped us plan tours and were a wealth of information both before and after we arrived. Everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very modern and very luxurious. The air conditioning was awesome. Walking distance to Parthenon and Plaka. Aris the property Manager was sensational. Texted me a day or two before our stay to confirm arrival time and arranged transportation from the airport. Nothing was too hard for him was always helpful to ensure we had the best stay and that we did! Chris who picked us up and dropped us to the airport was super friendly and knew his way around Athens to avoid lengthy traffic..brilliant! Nice, modern apartment. Close in.
We only stayed one night - on our way back into Athens - had an early flight to catch. Very nicely decorated and furnished, modern apt. We found the beds a bit hard (as most were in all the places we stayed in Greece). Nice sized bedrooms and baths. Living/Kitchen area is small but there were 5 of us (all adults). Staff greeted us and showed us around the aptmt and told us about area restaurants, made sure we had his phone number in case we needed anything. He had to wait for us as our ferry arrived over an hour late but had guessed that and didn't appear the least bit annoyed. The apt seemed to be in a younger area than the first one we stayed at when we first arrived - both were very close in just on opposite sides of the Acropolis. More young people about and more bars in this area. Was just off the main street - so didn't notice any noise at the aptmt. No pre-stocked items in refrig or cabinets as far as food - though there were coffee pods for the coffee machine. All the other places we stayed had at least some introductory food stock (drinks, yogurt, etc). We hadn't expected that but definitely enjoyed it at the other places. There was a mini mart (mostly a fast food restaurant but had a few food items for sale) just down the street. I would recommend this apartment for a few night's stay - a longer stay may require a little more "living" space depending on your travel style.

Great location near the Acropolis
Location was great but it did not have a furnished balcony, enough beds, or an oven like the ad said. We are a family of 5 and our son slept on the couch due to lack of beds. We chose it because of the beds and it would have been nice to cook a meal or two but that wasn't an option as there was just really a hot plate and a small fridge. The apartment was a great size and nicely furnished, it would be great for a couple who wouldn't mind eating out for every meal; on our budget we like to have at least one meal in our apartment(which wasn't feasible here). The location was fantastic however and the neighbors were quiet.

The bedding setup of the Superior Apartment is advertised as: 2 double beds and 1 single sofa bed or 1 double bed, 2 twin beds + single sofa bed. However the Senior's is 3 double beds and 1 single sofa bed. Excellent location, walking distance from major attractions in Athens, very tastefully decorated, we stayed only one night and ended doing a take out at a restaurant to enjoy dining at the balcony with direct views of the acropolis. It's an apartment as listed so don't expect it to be a hotel. Definitely would book again if in Athens.

This appartement was recently renovated, it is very nice, modern and spacious (except for the main living area which is a bit small). It is a 7 minute walk to the Acropolis and 12 minutes from the Athen market. Easy and free parking on the street of the appartement. We loved the location and the place!

Owner was no show, no one picked up phone - it's one apartment and that's it - total misrepresentation - I had to book another real hotel at last minute - what a major inconvenience and I still need to call Expedia from Greece to get my money back - this listing needs to be banned completely from Expedia. I cannot start my response with Dear Sir etc.... That is something we are facing for the first time in our career in tourism industry. Are you doing this in order to get back 200 euro? Mister, you have stayed with us. Our property is full of perfect reviews ONLY on several booking platforms. ONLY! We are one of the few rental apartments in Athens with official web site and online booking engine. The property is under the management of the top 5 leading management companies in Greece. What are you trying to do? You are not answering to our messages sent through viber. Send to Expedia the receipt you have from the hotel you have stayed instead of our apartment. You said Achilleas Hotel but they do not have any booking under your name. who came to our apartment on the 24th???? If you wish to have 200 euro back we will give you the double. You are a father and you grow kids. Nobody from Expedia called us in order to ask a refund. Did you call them?

Appartment With View of Acropolis
This was a very comfortable and well-furnished appartment walkable to Monastraki and Plaka and Acropolis. We were a family of four. We only stayed one night but would recommend this appartment for longer stays. Staying here would save some money versus staying at a four-star hotel but without the breakfast. There were two bathrooms complete with showers, so that was great for 4 persons.

This apartment was everything we had hoped for to start off our Greece getaway. We spent two beautiful nights under the Acropolis in a well kept and stocked apartment. Nikolas was a great host who met every need we had. This apartment is literally a 5 minute walk to the Acropolis and, let me tell you, it is breathtaking. Our second night we ate dinner on a local rooftop restaurant that gave us a great vantage point to see the full moon rise over the Acropolis. Truly one of the seven wonders of the world. I can't recommend this apartment enough.

Great view of the Parthenon, Excellent overall!
Excellent luxury apartment with 3 floors and 2 patios. It was everything it listed online, it's not too good to be true! Very modern and clean- full kitchen, full baths for each bedroom, comfortable beds, TV in each room, lots of seating and comforts. Location is excellent and near so many options for food, grocery market, attractions- Parthenon is walking distance and several jump on/jump off bus stops. The hot tub needed some work on the jets but still enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed the patios while relaxing and having a Mediterranean snack from the market, of olives and feta as well as great, full bodied Greek red wine with the Parthenon lit up in our view- Spectacular! The view was gorgeous from both patios! Check in was super smooth and easy- Dimitris met us at the apartment even though we did not get in until after 11pm. He made sure we had everything we needed and left his contact info with us for anything we would need later. Highly recommend this apartment. Recommend only 2 days in Athens and plan excursions to the Islands or other regions.

Our apartment was fantastic! The staff did an excellent job (arranging airport pick up, getting us settled in, answering our questions, and scheduling cleaning service once during our stay). The unit was large enough for our family of 5, with 3 full bedrooms (each with its own bath), a full kitchen (with a pod espresso maker) and a lounging space. It was very cold during our stay, so we especially appreciated the jacuzzi tub on our balcony. Also, the metro stop is very close, as are the Acropolis, a grocery store, and lots of good restaurants. (We recommend Chocolat Cafe for dinner- full menu on top level with an incredible view of the Acropolis!)

Schlüsselübergabe und Empfang völlig unkompliziert und problemlos! Netter Kontakt der auch bei sonstigen touristischen Fragen weiter hilft. Die Unterkunft selbst könnte kaum näher an der Akropolis sein. Wir sind fast jeden Abend nochmal zu einem kleinen Spaziergang unterwegs gewesen. Bars und Lokalitäten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung jedoch nicht so nah dran, dass störende Geräusche wahrzunehmen sind (2 Gehminuten). Spielplatz für Kinder ist ebenfalls nah dran. Ein tolles Appartement

Absolutely stunning apartment, perfect location!
We had the absolut best time in Athens and this apartment was a big part of it. The location is amazing - you can walk to everything and you have the absolut best view with Acropolis as your backdrop to an amazing holiday. The apartment has three floors with lots of space for everyone. Everything was super-clean and you just felt at home at once. The bathrooms were great and the bedrooms were wonderful with balconies and jacuzzi at the topfloor. You sleep wonderfully in the beds, the showers are nice and with good waterpressure, the kitchen is big and with everything you might need. The livingroom space is cozy with two couches and a big diningtable. Most amazing of it all is the balcony with view over Acropolis and with room for eating out in the summer. We have no words as to how lovely and great this place is. The service was amazing as well - we were welcomed in and shown around and both the cleaning and help from Dimitris were outstanding. We felt very welcomed and looked after :) We would of course recommend this place big time to everyone. You are in walking distance to everything and at the same time you are surrounded by calm and quiet surroundings. The apartment is decorated beautifully and you have absolut everything you might need for your holiday. We loved it and we would go back in a heartbeat :)
