We had a charming long weekend in the Paseo Robles region and loved the house. It was well equipped with everything we needed and extremely clean. Our favorite moments were spent on the front porch in the rocking chairs watching the world drift by.We would all definitely book this house again if we were ever back in the area!

This was a great house in Atascadero! Very clean and up-to-date. Comfortable beds and furniture. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. The yard was very well kept - great front porch. Very convenient to wineries, the beach and several other activities. Also, very close to several amazing food options. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

We LOVED staying at this property! It was perfect for our needs. This was our first time renting a house, as opposed to staying in a hotel. I was a little hesitant, but it was so great! From the moment we walked in the door, we were impressed. Very clean. Smelled nice. The owner had left snacks, which was so nice after a 12 hour drive. Not only did it have all the things needed for cooking our meals, there were games to play, and lots of comfortable seating. The owner was excellent with communication. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful 1916 Home

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at this beautiful 1916 renovated house. The place is well stocked with everything we need and more. We had a wonderful time. Checking in was a breeze. The house is clean and smells nice. The beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet even if it's close to the freeway. We have a welcome snack which is a really sweet touch. We especially the littles appreciate it! I highly recomnend this place. This is one of the nicest house we stayed in.

The house was very charming and clean. Really comfortable for a group of 5 adults and 3 kids. Nice upgrades throughout (looked fully remodeled); a large lot not too close to the neighbors; plenty of parking space; overall a really pleasant stay. Plus our host was quick to respond and very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda’s place. Amanda is an exceptional host: very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The house itself is modern, charming, and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t be better: we were able to walk to Starbucks for morning coffee and explore plenty of great local restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!

Great property, with very nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms! New, large refrigerator, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds/linens, and beautiful TVs in each room. Neighborhood was peaceful and anything we needed was only a 5 minute drive from the property. Host even left us snacks for the weekend. We would 100% stay here again!
