We stayed for three days and two nights on a half-board basis, and both dinner and breakfast consistently exceeded expectations. The traditional Japanese kaiseki dinner was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared, and the hot pot experience was equally memorable. Each meal felt carefully curated rather than routine, which we greatly appreciated. One of the highlights was the sunrise onsen. There is something quite special about soaking in the open-air bath while watching the morning light unfold — it was genuinely breathtaking. Breakfast, too, was generous in variety and high in quality. If we were to mention one small point, it would concern the blackout curtains.
