"The hotel is amazing especially the free breakfast offered. Very very nice breakfast and the food changed daily. The staff is very friendly. The hotel with 3 lifts which is very handy and also vending machines available with 100 yen drinks. (Amazing) Location is quite good and room is spacious."

"Absolutely loved the gym and coed onsen which we spend a few hours a day in relaxing. The breakfast was outstanding and the service throughout hotel was top notch. We stayed in a suite which was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. We would definitely come back. Thanks for having us:)"

"Lovely spacious room with small kitchen area. The Onsen was very peaceful. The "Free Flow" bar was generously stocked. Sadly the weather meant the rooftop terrace was closed but I'm sure that would have been lovely too. "

The free shuttle service between the hotel and Odawara, Sounzan, and Gora stations were so convenient. The hotel room was big and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. The onsen was very relaxing and doesn’t need a reservation. W"

"Great hotel! We booked the hotel Hoping to get a view of Mount Fuji, but unfortunately we didn’t get to see it since it was cloudy and rainy. However, the onsen on the rooftop made it worth it. It was beautiful and clean. The room was small, but typical for Japan. There were also many walkable restaurants outside of the hotel and the subway was a 1 min walk away. Would stay here again! "
