The hosts were friendly and helpful to share about transport and food options, and answered my questions when I had difficulty navigating Furano (my first time in Hokkaido). As a solo traveler without a car, I am grateful that they picked me up on my first day and sent me to the bus stop on my last day. House is very comfortable and spacious. No requests seemed to be a problem for them. The apartment has been designed extremely well for a very comfortable winter sport vacation for four people. The apartment is located a short walk to the ski village which had an incredible amount of snow whilst we were there.
