The hotel has both public and private onsen and provides probiotic drinks, wafer ice cream and popsicles after guests had done onsen. The highlight of the stay is clearly the wide range of both Western and Japanese foods available at its buffet breakfast. Room is very clean and comfortable. The parking lot is not attached to hotel building but they provide transportation services, not very convenient however acceptable. Room is nice and comfy. Best feature of this hotel is the public hot spring! Well maintained and spacious, I like it so much thus used 4 times during my 2 nights stay. My family enjoyed the snacks they offered.

Nice stay but was packed with tours and tourists and got chaotic and noisy in the dining hall, lobby and onsen resting areas. Front desk staff were helpful and breakfast buffet were excellent. Could have been a much better experience only if the hotel was less crowded and noisy.

Good, quiet and comfortable hotel, near the station. Maybe a bit far for walking to restaurants and shops, but OK as we had a car. Parking provided nearby.

Great hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff from the gentleman who greeted us at the door, reception staff, kitchen staff etc. Best service we had during our trip. Nice big rooms and very clean. We came with a car and parking was easy.
