Situated in the beautiful municipality of Arucas, this beautiful holiday home that can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and the other two, with single beds plus an additional bathroom. La Casa de Arriba is equipped with a kitchen with all kinds of appliances needed for a pleasant stay such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and other utensils you may need. It also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer for a higher comfort, as well as its private parking spot. The house is provided with access to a cozy semi-covered terrace of 60 m2 with outdoors dining area, BBQ and a wonderful private swimming pool (heatable with a supplement) surrounded by sunloungers, offering wonderful views of the sea and the banana trees of the place. La Casa de Arriba is only 8 minutes by car from the beaches of the area and only 15 minutes from the famous Las Canteras beach in the capital of Gran Canaria.
