In relation to the extra costs of the wellness center, I inform you that on our expedia page it is very clearly specified that the booking does not include access to our spa, which is very well indicated among the "Important Information". Furthermore, anything not included in the booking price has been clearly specified by our reception staff both with a message that was sent to you at the time of booking and upon arrival at the hotel. The information from us and from Expedia was maximum, but despite this we regret that your stay was not satisfactory.
