"Location, location, location… The Cleopatra Palace beachfront when you come up the steps to the exit and the beautiful sea views.. Met by staff at check in - champagne offered, room ready 2 hours early, escorted to our room. Very classy. Pool area is awesome, breakfast excellent, rooms a little dated but a wonderful stay. Highly Recommend 👏👏"

"Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tenerife and gave us excellent advice for days out and making the most of public transport too. He was always friendly, courteous and attentive. The room is extremely well equipped for self-catering and the balcony was enormous alongside having a roof top terrace, which was absolutely an added bonus, especially useful for early evenings, when the sun was going down. Entertainment staff were also brilliant; special thanks to Javi, who was always cheerful and engaging and took the time to remember everyone's names and provided some fun games. We will definitely be staying at the Regency Country Club again! :-)"

"A really nice place to stay The Corner makes the best pizza And very reasonably Chicken wings where great And the lady that served us was a angel The cleaning lady Paula was the best a lovely woman And the pub bar beside the pool was great for the football plus the bar staff made feel very welcome"
