THE APARTMENT ITSELF. In the residential area of El Palm-mar in South Tenerife. Located in one of the most exclusive complex in the area. Inspired int the round shapes of modernist architecture and featuring one of largest swiming pool in the island, available the whole year. The complex has been recognized by international architecture organizations. It's a very spacious and sunny appartment that fits two double rooms. One double ensuite room wit its own stylish bathroom and one double room having direct access to one of the two terraces that you'll enjoy there. We can convert the two single beds of 2nd room as a full integrated double bed if required. The living area is furnished with a dining table and a very counfortable sofa, where to relax and watching TV. You'll have internet free wi-fi access. The open and modern kitchen is fully furnished and has all amenities itself. (Vitro, owen, microwaves, fridge, washing machine, dishwashing machine and all small house appliances you will need. Twelve uses tableware) We provide bath towels and bed linen. Thanks to its design and orientation the appartment it's so sunny. With its big crystal doors you will enjoy the light and breeze that makes the weather in South Tenerife one of the best in the world. You will enjoy nice and relaxing views over the blue of our liten up swiming pool. There is parking available inside the complex from where you can access by lift directly to the apartment. THE AREA, HOW TO ACCESS AND GETTING AROUND If you're looking for a relaxed hollidays sorrounded by nature front to the Ocean, El Palm-mar is your best choice. Located in the south-west of the Island, just 15 minutes drive from Reina Sophia Tenerife main airport. It's about a small high standard residential area so well known for its calm and quite athmosphere. Facing to the Ocean and sorrounded by the Natural park of Rasca with its amazing vulcanic landscapes. You can easely plan beautifull walks (or some running) around there, enjoying the colors of the sunset or maybe just swimming on the natural pools you will find all along the shore to the Light house. If playing Golf is your thing, you can find LOS PALOS Golf Country Club in a 5 minutes drive car. You'll get all facilities as well around there; Enjoy amazing dishes at one of the most fanciest restos in the area, Sea Lounge, or just lay down and chill at the Beach Lounge Club, meanwhile having tasty coctails, as an example. You have many other options for eating or shoping, Pizza, traditional cooking, cooffe shops, groceries... If you prefer organizing nice meals at home there are few supermarkets, where you will find fresh food and all you'll need for cooking. Everything just in a walking distance, so you won't even need a car during your stay.
If you feel like exploring litle bit more the area, you could start having a look into Las Galletas, the closest local town from El Palm-mar, with its small harbour, El Puertito, where fishermen from the area park their boats and sell the fresh captures they've got during the day. You can buy quality fresh fish over there. Going more west there is the town of "El Medano". Known as a world class Windsurfing area, it's sorrounded by wild and beautifull beaches and the town has great atmosphere itself. But expect always windy conditions over there. By the other side there is Los Cristianos wich is the most important town in the south area. Just walk around its small streets and get surprised by small "tascas" close to the port where to eat fresh fish and traditional food. You can find traditional hand crafts as well if you're thinking about to buy some souvenirs. Following the Sea Side you'll find Las Americas. With its long and sandy beaches, Luxury resorts and full of restaurant, beach bars and fancy malls and Shopping areas, This is about the most thouristic area. You can walk along the water sports area and enjoy surfers riding waves over there. There are plenty of surf schools over there where you can start practicing if you feel like.
Leaving the shore and going more inland just plan a drive to the Teide, most important vulcano in the Island. With its 4.500 m high you can find even snow on its top. All along the road is plenty of very beautifull and traditional small towns like Villaflor. Just try some "guachinche" wich are local restaurants with tasty traditional dishes (and so nice price, as well). If you decide going that way just not forget to take some jacket or warm clothes since weather dramatically change once you start driving up the roads to the Teide.
OTHER INFORMATIONS ABOUT THE APARTMENT AND ITS SERVICES. For those who are planning to travel on the warmest season of the Year (June to September) we offer Air conditioner as an option. (In case you ask for that service 65 € per week will be charged at you arrival.)
We do accept late ckeck in. Between 21:00pm and 23:30pm, 25 € should be paid for that service at your arrival.
MAIN RULES: El Palm-mar and the complex itself are a very calm down and relaxed areas. Please, respect environment and neighbors. It's completely forbidden to hang towels and clothes on terraces rails. Please, avoid using bath towels as beach towels. May we ask to read carefully Rules and Regulations about the complex and pool use you will find at your arrival at the apartment.

Its a lovely apartment, and Las Olas is an attractive development. The pool is excellent. Palm-Mar is a quiet, but very nice resort, ideal for relaxing. I would recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay as the complex is located on the edge of the resort.

At first we had a good time. The Pool was great, we used it everyday!
Unfortunately it was very loud in the evening/night caused by the neighbors five dogs which were locked out in the evening. They also smelled unpleasant.
The apartment was well equipped, but take garbage bags etc. with you. The shower was very worn out…
The best part of the apartment was the seating area on the balcony
This was a great apartment in an absolute great location. Clean and tidy with all the amenities close by.
Owner was great and answered any questions I asked promptly.

The appartment is located at Palm-mar. This is a beautiful and peaceful area in South Tenerife..
The apartment is in a nice location. A car is absolutely necessary. It is convenient that the apartment has its own underground parking space. The interior looks nice, too bad that insufficient towels were made available in the beginning. This problem was rectified after contacting the owner. The description states that the kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances. Too bad the blender doesn't work, as we like to make smoothies. No hand blender was present. At the reception, the host Anna informed us that the microwave oven was not working. So we can say that there is some work to be done on the accommodation. A small tip, it would be useful to provide some garbage bags as well as toilet buckets at the toilet in the bathrooms. Considering the ecological aspect, attention should be paid to this. Otherwise there is the danger of throwing things in the toilet that you normally throw in a rubbish bin. Consider, for example, wet wipes that are harmful to the environment with their small plastic particles. Hand soap, detergent and cleaning product would be desirable, especially for a stay of 2 weeks. It was a pleasant stay for us.

In einer Wohnung mit gehobener Ausstattung für diesen Preis erwarte ich genügend Badetücher, wenn ich am 1. Tag vom Toilettenpapier und papiertücher alles kaufen muss ist das schon schade. Keine Flasche Wasser geschweige von anderen Gesten in dieser Preisklasse. Der Fernseher ist der Lautsprecher defekt. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung ist natürlich einmalig. Wie gesagt der Salzstreuer leer die peffermühle leer. Keine kafferkapseln nichts da. Naja am ersten Tag von spülmittel Waschmittel Weichspüler uvm. Für 150 Euro eingekauft damit man ein wenig was da hat. Zum Glück hatten wir unseren Laptop dabei damit wir den Ton aus diesen abgespielt haben. Ich denke mit ein wenig Gefühl für das wichtige und ein kleines Geld investieren in den Gast dann kann man sicher schön dort wohnen. Wc Papier Wein, Wasser, zewa und alles andere haben wir bei Abreise den Nachbarn geschenkt. Für 100 Euro die Nacht kann man mehr erwarten. Aber wie gesagt eine tolle Lage nur etwas abgenutzt. Bilder kann ich nachreichen
das Objekt entspricht ganz den Bildern.Jedoch ist der ganze Wohnkomplex schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Im Pool gehen die Fließen ab.In der Wohnung selber ist die Einrichtung eher einfach und günstig. Auch hier schon alles recht abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen.Aber es ist alle vorhanden was man braucht.

Wunderbares Apartment
Palm Mar ist ein kleineres küstendorf
Die Anlage am ortsanfang hat einen super Swimmingpool
Um abends etwas zu dringen am Strand muss ein längerer Spaziergang in Kauf genommen werden
Auch um etwas einzukaufen muss man den eine Strecke zurückgelegt werden .
Ohne Auto kommt Mann nicht so gut weg aus Palm Nar.
Für uns war es schwierig mit der ferienagrntur zu kommunizieren, da alles auf Englisch war .wir wussten nicht,ob sie unsere E-Mails erhalten hatten.
Mit Naria war dann alles sehr einfach.
Abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni in totale relax. L'appartamento è molto comodo siamo stati molto bene. Tornerei volentieri. Consiglio al proprietario un pochino di manutenzione all'interno dell'appartamento.

Tenerife en dehors des zones touristiques est magnifique
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, sehr schöne saubere Anlage, ansprechendes Apartment. Einiges ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, störte uns aber nicht. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist sehr eng. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe ausreichend vorhanden. Ein Mietauto würden wir aber empfehlen, da der Steinstrand zum Baden nur bedingt geeignet ist. Der Wohnungseigentümer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können dieses Apartment weiterempfehlen.

Locatie was goed. Appartement op eerste zicht goed. Spijtig geen gewone koffiemachine, geen mixer. Voor warm water moesten ‘we de kraan 10min laten lopen. Handdoeken waren nog niet droog. We hebben ook de lakens van de vorige huurders opgevouwen. En dan de onderbuur, heel veel ruzie, honden dat regelmatig blaften omdat die 2 hondjes een hok moesten delen van 1m op 2m, wat de geur ook een beetje met zich meebracht. Voor de rest alles ok
Lovely flat in a clean, modern development. Underground car parking and a huge swimming pool were real bonuses. Palm-Mar itself was a bit quiet as a resort but it was only a short drive to get anywhere of interest. Great holiday and no complaints from myself or my family - thank you.

We had a problem with no water to the kitchen for the week of our stay,but property was clean and tidy and the lack of water to the kitchen was not the in the control of the owner
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wohnung im 1. OG mit tollem Poolblick und Morgensonne.
Lediglich ein etwas größerer Tisch auf dem Balkon und eine Liege wären wünschenswert.
Ansonsten alles perfekt.
Klasse Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und alle Wünsche während des Aufenthalts wurden
erfüllt.
