Villa Evelyn stands in an exclusive area, known as "LA FLORIDA” which predominantly houses private villas. It is ideally located only a 15 minute drives from Reina Sofia airport in the South of the island. The property is located close to some of the most desirable Golf courses on the island, Golf del Sur, Las Americas Golf course, Los Palos Golf course in Guaza and the prestigious Costa Adeje Golf Course. The Villa is a short walk away from two well known residential areas LA CAMELLA and VALLE SAN LORENZO, where you will find several bars, coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. If you want to experience a more lively atmosphere, the tourist areas of Los Cristianos and Las Americas are only 10 minutes drive away, where you will find golden beaches with an abundance of water sports, shops, bars, restaurants and night clubs. Just 200 meters away from the property is “La Florida Tennis Club”. There are also plenty of alternative activities such as sailing, windsurfing, fishing, climbing, mountain biking and horse-riding just a 5 minute drive away. Villa Evelyn is conveniently built on one level. The plot is approximately 570 sq.m. with an internal space of 168 sq.m., and it enjoys a 600 Mg byte Symmetrical Optical Fibre, which allows to navigate at the maximum speed on the island! Outside there is a lovely size private swimming pool (which can be heated at an extra cost of 10 Euros per night) set in a stunning terrace of 250 sq.m. For your safety, the pool area has been built with anti-slip tiles and you will also find 6 beautifully comfortable sun loungers, a table and chairs, an awning, should you need some shade and a collection of white aluminium furniture. To the rear of the property there is a lovely garden area with B.B.Q and pergola with additional table and chairs. For the enjoyment of all guests we also provide a ping pong table, darts, bowls, badminton, swing ball, card games and board games. The Villa, which is fully air conditioned has been completely refurbished to a modern style in September 2023 with highest quality materials , has 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 En-suite), a separate toilet, a large kitchen and lounge/dining area. The lounge/dining area and master bedroom both open out onto the terrace to a stunning view of the south coast of the island and the ocean. The large modern kitchen is more than 18 sq.m. It is equipped with all the appliances you need including a dish-washer, electric oven, hob, microwave, a 2 doors fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster etc. The outside store room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer with an iron and ironing board and other cleaning equipment. There is also a supply of dishwasher tablets and washing machine powder for your use. In the lounge/dining area you will find a large sofa, a large dining table and chairs, and a satellite television of 65 inches that receives all internationals TV channels. The master bedroom, which opens out onto the terrace and enjoys a lovely ocean view, receives the sun all day. It has a Super King bed, wall to wall built-in wardrobes with several drawers and a large private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes with drawers and a private bathroom. The third bedroom which enjoys an ocean and pool view, has three singles beds, and large wardrobes with drawers. The fourth bedroom also enjoys an ocean and pool view and has a double bed with wardrobe with drawers. The third bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin. The property benefits from a double garage with remote control access where you can park 2 cars. Please note that the maximum height of the garage is 185 cm. Free outdoor car parks are available on the back road of the villa which remains less than 100 meters away. We provide a welcome pack to include tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, snacks and fruit for your arrival. Please note that our rates are for groups till up 5 guests. For each additional guest will be required a payment of 25 euros per night. We do not charge for children up to 2 years of age. As a family of 5 with 3 older teenagers, 1 being an avid cyclist, we loved everything about the villa. It's in a lovely quiet location but within easy reach of anywhere on the island ie. shops, restaurants, volcano, cycling routes, waterpark, beaches, watersports etc. Car hire is the best option for getting around and very reasonably priced, the integrated garage making parking very easy. We spent lots of time around the pool area and terrace, with the amazing views it was the perfect spot for a glass of something nice in the evening. We did a mixture of eating out, ordering take out delivery from the Glovo app and cooking at the villa. The BBQ area around the back was a nice place to eat and the ping pong table was great fun for everyone. Inside is beautifully clean, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Fabio and Davide were the perfect hosts, all questions answered quickly and nothing too much trouble. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we hope to be back! ##### Adele V. Great location, far away enough for from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas but only 15 mins away by car, if you fancied a night on the town. You do need a car, as no shops in walking distance but large supermarket is only 10 minutes away by car. There is a intergral double garage at the Villa but this is for cars only and it is height restricted, so larger vehicles (we had a 9 seater van) won’t fit, so will need to be parked up the road or outside on yellow lines if you are ok to risk it (we did with no issue as not a busy road) Minor points were that for a Villa of this size, it could do with better quality table ware and selection of glasses. The villa has been mostly updated but the main family bathroom is a bit tired and could do with a reform, to the same standard as the en suites, as bits are starting to fall off here and there. When things did break, the problem was fixed very quickly without question. The Villa could do with an information pack to explain things like wifi, tv instruction, place to visit and eat etc. Mariele the concierge was fantastic but we felt guilty having to trouble her each time with questions, when an information pack on site would have saved time. Overall, whilst this feedback highlights minor improvements, we did have a great stay and would recommend. ##### Jason M. Only downside for us was trying to get taxi for 7 people had to wait over hour for it to arrive, no problem getting one back from main areas, eventually we realised easier to book 2 and wait time was considerably less. The location is between two towns, so its so peaceful at night, with wonderful views. It was such a pity to close up the electric garage for the last time and head to the airport! Villa is as described with the added bonus of the cleaner mid stay. Thank you. The villa is away from all the mass tourism venues and this is a relief as you can truly experience the local life. Having said that if you cannot resist karaoke bars or your perfect English breakie then tou are only a 15 min drive from it all! I would recommend renting a car as this means you can drive to the El Teide national park or visit the many farmer s market around or do some shopping in Santa Cruz. And the view......will return. A truly fantastic host, Davide showed us around and even took us to the supermarket for essentials. There was already a great welcome pack, tea bags, prosecco etc which was great. The villa is beauitful, plenty of different spaces to spread out and relax. The villa gets the sun all day and the pool was really refreshing- we requested it was heated which was great. Really lovely master suite and the other bedrooms and bathrooms were also lovely and everywhere was clean. Wifi was fabulous......We cooked a few times and did have a BBQ also. We didn't hire a car and you can walk into the local town and we tended to get taxis into playa de Las Americas €11 . We would definitely recommend and would look to stay here again. ##### Denise R. What can I say to Fabio, is an exceptional host, very friendly and helpful. his villa is spectacular with stunning views, a beautiful heated pool and plenty of space outside to enjoy in absolute confidentiality. Very nice to have breakfast outside in the hot sun of Tenerife, and evening dining under the stars, cooking good meat with barbecue. The villa is exactly as described, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a kitchen very well equipped and a beautiful dining room. You get to Los Cristianos and Las Americas in just 5 minutes by car, and in the immediate vicinity you can find a large supermarket for all needs. We stayed as a couple, and had loads of space. Whether saying as a couple, family or friends this villa comes highly recommended. 4 bedrooms 2 are ensuite, plus house bathroom and separate toilet. The outside space is amazing, As well as a pool there is a grassed area for play. A barbecue area, and lots of seating. Very private and great place for adults and children alike. Subject of course watching over children where the pool is concerned. But this is the same in most villas. The supermarkets were only a short drive away. And we could stock up for a few days at a time. The views were amazing. Fabio is a lovely person, he arranged to meet us on arrival to guide us to the villa, showed us round. The villa is set on the first floor which is perfect as it gets a lot of sun. The views are amazing and its in quite a central location with the El Teide volcano & the beach & Supermarket within a few minutes drive. The pool was the warmest pool we have ever come across in our 10 years of renting villas in Tenerife. The kids did not stop playing in it and I didnt see them shiver once! It was a small extra cost as it uses more electricity but well worth it. The sun loungers were comfortable and so were the beds. The pool was cleaned before we came and half way through our stay. We found that the dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, clothes washing powder and comfort, Milk ,T-Bags Sugar were already supplied which was a MASSIVE HELP as we have always spent money on this stuff and then had to leave it behind. Also Fabio is fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble, even down to printing off boarding passes. We have just spent two weeks at Villa Evelyn. I have been visiting Tenerife for 20 years and always stayed in hotels, but this time we just wanted to be free and away from people. We could not have chosen better for peace and space. My husband loved it so much he wanted to buy it ! Neither of us wanted to come home. The villa is much better than the photos, it is very light and spacious and easy to live in. The outside space is very generous and private, a sun trap. The pool is the icing on the cake. The views are amazing. Watching the planes come in and checking them on Flightradar24 .. Great fun. It's about 1/2 hour walk to La Camella and Cabo Blanco. La Camella doesn't seem to have a supermarket but CB has a Mercadona which has an excellent selection of food and wines. San Lorenzo is a 15 minute walk away with a good bakery and a small supermarket. We did hire a car but it mainly sat in the garage. We preferred to take the Titsa buses which are cheap and take you all over the island. You don't mind waiting for a bus when the sun is shining. Having English TV was a great bonus. Nights out are easy ... Take a bus to Cristianos, stroll to Americas, have a great dinner etc and a taxi home. And finally .... Fabio ! Darling Fabio ! So charming, so helpful, such an easy manner to make you welcome. Thank you so much. We will definitely come back, should we be able to get a vacant couple of weeks ! ##### Lynda K.
