"Clean, beautiful hotel! Just a short walk from the train station. Staff was lovely."

"Pretty good location but not right in the centre of the city. Hotel room was good. Size and cleanliness both good. Used the gym and the restaurant. Good on both. Not sure if there are other places to eat nearby but we had full busy days and had eaten at a couple of restaurants in town so just for convenience the one at the hotel was really welcome after a long (enjoyably so) day out. Not the cheapest place but good value. Breakfast was the only thing I thought was a bit of a disappointment. Just not as much choice and what was there was in short supply. But a basic cereal and yogurt plus toast was sufficient."

"This hotel is perfectly placed for those wishing toto take advantage of everything on the Royal Mile. It is ugly outside tho with scaffolding al around. No work is being done however. They could use something more to to on soelevators and the breakfast is expensive. I, however, felt safe and totally happy with my room and the location of the hotel."

"The property was very clean and the rooms were exceptional. We didn't need cleaning everyday, but the bed was always made up and we appreciated that after a long day. Breakfast was amazing! I actually enjoyed the buffet more and Debbie loved the eggs benedict!"
