"Had a wonderful 7 night stay - we checked in quite late due to our flight arriving past midnight and they have a 24 hour security person who made check in seamless even at the late hour. Staff were kind and while they did not speak English, conversing with the in broken Spanish (on our end) / via translator app as needed was easy! Room (comfort apartment) was exceptional, clean, well stocked with full kitchen amenities, in suite laundry, and bathroom amenities and very quiet. Hotel is perfectly located - very walkable to many neighbourhoods! Would absolutely recommend staying here. "

"The staff was very welcoming and always accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. We arrived early and waited in the rooftop terrace until our room was ready. It was very nice. The bar wasn’t open but the views and setup were great. "
