The room was clean, breakfast was great, my only complaint was that the windows are tinted, there is no natural light coming in. You can't look outside at all. Other than that it is in great location.

The room is very clean. I didn't give the Hotel 5 stars because I would personally like the bathroom tiles and walls to get an extra wash. The breakfast was ok. It is served on the rooftop. They had scrambled eggs, beans, Chilaquiles, fruit, yogurt, coffee, and juice. I would skip it and buy breakfast at a cute cafe. The air conditioner worked well. I wish we could open a window, but they are locked closed. They gift 2 small water bottles every time they clean the room. Loved that they left extra toilet paper and towels.

Great location! Very Safe. Excellent cafe, bakery, grocery, street vendors right out the front door. Water pressure was good, and beds comfy. We slept well all 3 nights! The front desk girls were helpful and friendly. The decor and room set up is kind of funky/modern, but overall we enjoyed our stay. I would stay again, given the price and location. But it is not luxurious by any stretch.

I had an incredible stay at this charming hotel, Loved my stay in Roma Norte! Perfect location—right in the heart of everything but still quiet and relaxing.
