"Room did not have 3 beds when we arrived. Toilet was broken. We were moved to a second room that was smaller. Also, when we checked in, we were first given a shuttle time, then were tild it wasnt available because bus broke down. We were told we would need to dind a ride to the airport the next day and a cab would be 15-20 euros. The next morning, we left and the hotel van used to pick us up from the airport the night before was not being used. It was parked with no driver. As a result of not providing us shuttle service back to the airport the next morning, we were forced to spend not 15-20 euros as promised, but $23.90 for a 10 minute ride. Not only did the hotel refuse shuttle service using an available van, when we asked if we could have breakfast to help with unexpected cab/shuttle costs, the host refused. Poor service. The only hotel on our trip that caused us problems. AVOID!"

"The hotel was very clean and modernly designed, albeit quite basic in terms of room amenities (literally just a bed and TV, no kettle or anything like that). I'd recommend this hotel but one thing I would say is don't book it just because of the fact it says it has an airport shuttle. The shuttle doesn't run for big chunks of the day (2-5pm on weekdays and 10am-8pm on weekends) so might leave you without a way of getting to the airport. Just FYI when leaving the hotel you need a ticket to get on the shuttle - this was not communicated anywhere until the driver asked me for a ticket, fortunately I could literally just run into reception and get one but it would have been good if this info was provided along with the shuttle info they send you when you book."

"This place was very nice and clean but the staff was a mess! They did not know how to run their system. My original reservation was for 1 night on March 16th which we did through Expedia but we ended up leaving Switzerland early and getting another reservation for March 14th when we arrived it was 11:30pm and I was the only person checking in. As I checked in the lady told me that she saw I had the other reservation so she went and charged me ahead for the night of the 14th and the 16th but she never charged me for the day of the 15th (which we had spoken about because where would I go for one night?) so I left and went to our room and fell asleep. Then next day around 7:30pm they called me from the front desk yelling at me and being so rude saying I hadn’t paid for the night of the 15th or 16th so I got up from my nap and went downstairs and showed them that I did get charged for 2 nights but they kept saying that wasn’t possible and then they checked and they realized they made a mistake they never apologized and then they were telling me I would possibly have to pay more because I didn’t get the room ahead of time when it was their mistake. So the location and the people who work for the shuttle service are awesome! But the front desk people are terrible! Be aware when you check in that they do everything right "

"Excellent location if you need to be near the airport. It is is a lovely area with shops and restaurants. The hotel offers shuttle to the airport starting at 5 am. Very nice restaurant. Spacious rooms. "
