An adorable home nestled in a prime Appleton location. Close to hwy I-94 and all major retailers and supermarkets, this is the perfect home! This ranch property was recently completely remodeled with new everything! Stainless appliances, in-unit washer and dryer and an attached 1-car garage are all included in this home. For exploring, we are within a 10-minute drive to downtown Appleton.

Property was clean on the inside and very comfortable. The outside of the building was old and not very attractive. Overall we had a good stay.

Short stay

We were there just for an overnight stay. Doris is very attentive and detailed - She communicates very well with all the processes. House is very clean - Outside of house is deceiving, inside is very nice!
