Arrived at the hotel ready for our Ben Nevis walk, which it is ideally suited. Very friendly staff from the moment we walked in and for the whole stay. Everywhere was modern and airy. Our room was very spacious and smart. Food was great (especially the burger) and a good breakfast too.

Beautiful lochside setting with a range of seating areas and fire pit available. Very dog friendly with towels, toys and biscuits provided. All public areas are spacious which means social distancing is possible without everyone resorting to masks. Management are very friendly and keen to make your stay enjoyable.

Great for a quick overnight stop before the early ferry from Oban. There is no on-site staff at the hotel, however they are located at one of the sister hotels nearby. Note that you need an access code to gain entry to the hotel which is sent via email the day before you arrive.

We were going to a wedding nearby,we contacted the hotel to see if we could check in early so we could get ready as we traveled a distance, the staff could not be more helpful,they had the rooms ready for us perfect, lovely staff and a lovely hotel.will definitely visit again.
