Facing the sea, in a peaceful setting, private pool in an olive grove

Villa Elaionas is located in Tsivaras, a charming little village in the green region known as Apokoronas, about 1.8 km from the two seaside resorts of Kalives and Almirida. Part of the village is built on and against two hills, where the villa is situated, surrounded by a few other homes.
On the main road, you’ll find a kafeneio where you can pick up a few groceries and enjoy a drink under the attentive and welcoming gaze of its owners. On the outskirts of the village, towards Vamos, there is an olive oil mill.
The villa is on the edge of the village on a 5,000-square-meter lot planted with 90 olive trees, as well as orange, lemon, and fig trees, among others...
The villa consists of two completely separate parts: our living area and your living area.
After parking your vehicle, you enter your villa on the ground floor, where you’ll find a 25-square-meter living area with a fully equipped kitchen (sink, gas stove with electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, etc.) and a half-bath.
Two French doors open onto the wooden deck adjacent to the private pool. On the ground floor, accessible from the outside, are two bedrooms with French doors and balconies overlooking Souda Bay, as well as a bathroom.
All windows and French doors are equipped with screens and shutters.
The bathroom features a shower, a sink with a mirror, and a toilet.

In the garden, you’ll find outdoor furniture consisting of a table and four chairs with cushions, as well as four sun loungers.
To add flavour to your meals, feel free to pick thyme, bay leaves, savoury, mint, rosemary, and the essential basil. The flower irrigation system is automatic.
The villa is air-conditioned
Upon your arrival, we’ll provide you with a set of keys to be returned upon your departure.
A pre-stay inspection will be conducted. Sheets, tea towels, and bath towels are provided and changed weekly. Housekeeping can be arranged upon request.
You’ll find a welcome basket filled with Cretan specialities.
Upon your departure, if you prefer, you may clean the villa yourself. Otherwise, you’ll be charged an additional 30 euros per week. A final inspection will be conducted when you return the keys.
