"Everything was perfect from the time we checked in until check out. Used the laundry and was easy to use with instructions very clear. Took a long time for clothes to dry but unit ran quietly while we slept and wash and dry done by same machine. Highly recommend. Did not try the gym and pool. Elevator to get to lower street level was a nice perk for sure saved using stairs both ways to downtown level. "

"We did not use restaurant. The room was ideal with the lounge/ dining/ kitchen space as we were a family group with toddler and could get together without all sitting on the bed! Luggage drop no issue with friendly staff. Swimming pool and small gym also available. Location was great. Access to railway station for Northern Explorer/ free bus from Interislander ferry within a very short walk.(2 sets pedestrian lights on level ground)Wellington City Centre / Waterfront/Museums all walkable access on the doorstep."
