Lovely, light and spacious appartement situated between Picasso Museum and market with views on both. Part of the action without any of the inconveniences. Historic building surrounded by best restaurants, boutiques and famous market. Ideal for a couple with comfortable living space and American kitchen, bedroom and shower room. Access is on 2nd of 3 floors and windows look out on to 4th floor on market side with minimal noise. No vis à vis and direct sunlight in pm. Super efficient a/c. The space Entrance gives on to kitchen equipped with Nespresso machine, electric oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster etc Living space is equipped with round glass table and chairs for meals, comfortable sofa, TV and internet. Two large windows look on to the old town and even the fort. Hanging space in available in the living area and one step up gives on to small bedroom with double bed and a door on to shower room with walk in shower, sink and WC. The window looks out on to the Picasso museum and the sea. Guest access All of the appartement is for use by our guests. Other things to note Access to the appartment is through the most charming part of Antibes. The sea is literally metres away behind the museum and access to the beach (plage de la Gravette) takes a little more than 5 mins. The market operates until early afternoon every day except Monday. Access from the train and bus station is easy by foot or taxi. A meet and greet service is organized for all our guests. We encourage you to take full advantage of this so we can show you everything. The front entrance shares a plaza with the Picasso Museum which is located on the ancient Ramparts of the city. The back windows open onto an open air covered market place. It is walking distance from all of Old Town and the marina. Suzanne was very helpful and the unit is equipped well. Great place to hang your hat while you explore the beautiful city of Antibes. ##### Scott S.
