Super séjour, nous avons simplement rencontrés un leger probleme a la réception avec notre réservation via hotels.com qu'ils n'arrivaient pas a retrouver. La cause est que hotel.com utilise expedia pour cette offre. Merci a la manager pour avoir résolu le problème rapidement. La piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus

Das ganze Hotel ist total abgenutzt, Aufzüge funktionieren nicht, Zimmer total dreckig am Pool oben liegen Kabelb frei rum, Der Putz von den Wänden liegt überall rum, das interessiert dort niemand, kurz gesagt das Hotel ist eine Beuchbude

bad bad bad mafia hotel

i was stay for 1 night but really terible in nights i booked one king bed they gaved me very big room😳 with two broken telefon that was not working ,and the man in reception is too much angry like a mafia man cant speak with him ,in night people they nocked the door and shouting ‘’hair’’ i dont know whats mean it , after that silent like horrible movie and broken lock cant u lock the door ,breakfast is really bad with angry stafe u cant eat when u see them and when i checked out my child is losted key card they taked 20 million lira instead of card😳 ....i named mafia hotel

Resepsiyondaki zayıf adamla çok muhattap olmayın.

Otel fena degil, ama resepsiyondaki zayıf çalışan vardı( sabah çıkış yaparken gözlüklü bir beyefendi vardı o gayet kibardı) ağzından çıkanı da bilmiyor ne yaptığını da, internetten rezerve etmiştik yarım saat girişte bekledik bize düşmedi göremiyorum dedi yarım saat sonra buldu sonunda, artık biz odaya gecelim eksik bişey varsa yine ne gerekiyorsa yaparız dedim ben de yorgunum dedi ve hala başka şeylerle oyalandı, seviye yerlerde. ben senden özür dilerim hatayı ben yaptım başaran oteli seçerek. Bir daha yorgun olursan işini sevmiyorsan başka bir iş bul kendine senin mutsuzluğunu afra tafranı müşteriler çekmez.

Everything was perfect fairly new hotel this hotel have to tonbe more on track with hotel booking made via Experian as the staff were doubting whether I have a booking after showing my printout they were still confused but after the service they gave was brilliant and the hammam is like new very hot very good sauna great gym great hotel just the hotel staff may need to get more familiar with online booking
