Great location and facilities in the hotel. The sea view rooms we booked had great views. Hotel does look a little tired though. The dining facilities were great, and the staff in the restaurant friendly, helpful and welcoming. The Indian chef, Baldev Singh was great and cooked some excellent food for us. Suleman ,Farid, Mehmet in restaurant and the Malaysian chef Hiro A special mention to the smiling waiter in the lobby bar impressing us with his English accent.

Overall happy with stay - customer service was good overall. They accommodated our requests well. Buffet was ok same dishes not a lot of variety. Due to temp being cold the smaller pool (which was the only heated one) was being used and had too many people in it to enjoy the pool. Summer time this place will be busy and probably get congested

Amazing hotel, we had very good 5 days vacation, everything was smooth & beautiful from the moment we were welcomed at the reception to the last checkout minute, greetings to all Rixos staff for their hospitality and amazing service
