The best hotel in Belek for sure. The staff are amazing the service is exceptional and Dinara is the most wonderful person I have come across hence the reason I always keep going back to this hotel

Hotel is beautiful however the Buffett area is dirty and poor selection of food and quality of food very lame. The hotel being beautiful makes up for it. The kids club has zero security so this needs a dramatic change. Room cleaning was bare minimal and spa staff very unhelpful however these are tolerable due to the hotel being so beautiful. Sunbeds are luxury and good quality drinks available Unfortunately I would not return as I am a hotel snob however if you have booked this already this is still a very luxury hotel, minus the food as mentioned.

Few things to say: - the room has no mosquito net and we are talking about a hotel near a delta. All the areas are flooded with flies and mosquitoes all the time. - the main restaurant is awful, the food is repetitive and bad tasting, and the place is dirty to a level you can’t even imagine. Very hard to find a clean fork and knife. - all the drinks in the mail restaurants and also in the lunch restaurants, come in a glass. The glasses are dirty, very dirty. - the cleaning in the general areas is ok, the gardens are wonderful and well maintained. - the dinner restaurants are from another story, they are clean, with decent to good food ( we recomend the italian restaurant ), the drinks come in bottles and so on. My opinion, they have a very low level of food, cleaning and service in the main restaurant, just so you can go to paid restaurants. We always go to the so called a la carte restaurants, howerv, for all the other people, i don’t know if they want to pay extra. Don’t go to the Steak restaurant, for us 4 it was 165 euro extra, plus 20 euro the tip. It is not worth it. The food was average at best. The aquapark area is ok, there is shuttle to the brach with is nice and you don’t have to wait anymore. Out of the 2 rooms we had, 1 was not made for 4 days, ultil i called them and stated screaming at the receptionist. In the end , i would give a -8 to this hotel, and mainly because of the level of cleanliness.

We really enjoyed our stay at Titanic. The staff members are so friendly and kind. Especially the girls from the tiny kids club. Nothing was too much for them. My daughter felt safe en secure with the them. Nice programs, delicious food (especially the a la carte restaurants) and good vibes. The only thing what bothered me are the ridiciously high prices from the stores at the hotel. They ask insane high rates for the simple things. I really was shocked and don’t approve this even it is the touristic location the prices where sky above and not funny. For me it is unatrracted.

Great food selection, beautiful beach (with awesome shuttle/boat services), plenty of kids facilities, awesome water park with many many slides, amazing scenery, beautiful rooms, great and nice staff, the steam and ice rooms were just amazing, etc. Cons: the game room (whatever they called it) had a decent selection of games especially for kids but when the demand was low (I.e. Morning, they'd randomly shut off games and would say they're broken only to be turned back on in a couple of hours), the game room was also in big need for some repairs and looked outright disgusting and prison-y around the kids music cars (not sure what they're called), the hairdryer was the hardest hairdryer to use amongst all (I mean all) hotels/resorts that I've been at and was stuck in a drawer (wth). Also be aware to not being taken advantage of the taxi service that the hotel calls (although not directly hotel's fault, I'd expect more supervision by the hotel), when called they sent us 2 taxis and when advised that we needed one were treated disrespectfully by the taxi drivers.

The outside amenities are quite spread out re pools, water slides, theatre, sports etc. plenty sun beds. Good kids club and games room with free machines there. If weather full there is free access to reasonable sized indoor heated pool in spa building.

Room was immaculate and the fruit platter and bottle of fizz was a very nice touch. All staff were so attentive and polite. Very engaging. The meal at the à la carte Beef Club was simply sensational. For the additional cost of €55 per head one of the finest meals of our lives. We took advantage of the spa and had a massage. Again, a delight. Overall, the hotel offers everything you could possibly need and then some. Quality of food and variety, the bars and drink options plus the poolside waiter service to your sun loungers. Excellent. Of course, if the beach is your thing it’s all there too. We’ll be back!

Fantastic hotel, massive, lively, lots to explore, great options for kids, awesome food, great shows, very clean, beautiful landscapes. There are some areas that require a bit of work including pre check-in communication and email responsiveness, communication with staff sometimes is hard as most don't understand English which needs to be improved for an international 5-star hotel. The food however very fresh and tasty can become a bit repetitive after a few days and might need some rotation of the options.
