"This is a great hotel in a central location. Really comfortable room, exceptional staff and customer service. The breakfast was amazing and the staff went out of their way to make up a tray of vegan options for my daughter who wasn't feeling too good."

"I think every standard room should have glass wear and tea/coffee , water But I know it’s not only Ibis that cuts down on every need of the guests so they can then charge for those basic services . Check out times keep getting earlier but checkin times keep getting later . This is a general view of mine for almost every Franchised hotel however £30 fee for a night and the cleanness , efficiency, safety of the guests is more than reasonable. I slept very well too."
