This 48m2 apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and an American style kitchen overlooking the living room.

The charm and location will allow you no matter the season, to enjoy restaurants, coffee as well as the lake.

You will find bike rental near the apartment, various local shops and a supermarket just minutes from the apartment as well as the train station.

The accommodation has a cot and high chair.

The mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:
- the cleaning (price per property) is automatically included in the booking
- bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.

On arrival, if there is a change in the composition of the beds that has not been transmitted to the agency before, there will be a charge of 30 euros for the service.

We want you to enjoy your holiday, so between each guest the cleaning and beds are made.
