In a magnificent 47m2 apartment delivered in October 2022 offering you a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen and a terrace.   
  
The old town of Annecy being a few minutes on foot or by bike, you will have all the necessary comfort during your stay here without having to take your car.   
  
You have a garage for 1 car as well as a bike room at your disposal.   
  
Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:

#### Great appartment in super location

We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is very well situated near the lake and town. Underground parking with lift access to apartment is very convenient. Great views over the city and towards the hills. Allia met us at the apartment and showed us round. She was very helpful! The flat had dishwasher and washing machine and was very modern with everything we needed. Very comfortable sofa bed. Thouroughly recommended!!
