Come and enjoy this waterside situation to share an unforgettable stay between lake and city; its terrace with a view of the lake will seduce you. In a magnificent 50m2 apartment delivered in September 2021, offering a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen and a terrace. The old town of Annecy being a few minutes on foot or by bicycle, you will have all the necessary comfort during your stay here without having to take your car. You have a garage for 1 car as well as a bicycle storage room at your disposal. The mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are: \- cleaning (price per property) is automatically included in the booking \- Bed linen: 17.90 euros/person + Towels: 3€/person, to be paid before your arrival via a secure payment link sent directly by the agency. Upon arrival, if there is a change in the bed configuration that was not previously communicated to the agency, there will be a charge of 30 euros for the service. Housekeeping and linen hire are two mandatory extras: Housekeeping includes: \- cleaning floors, surfaces and windows \- cleaning the bathroom and toilets \- disinfecting the accommodation The housekeeping does not include: \- cleaning, drying and storing dishes \- storage of furniture and equipment in the accommodation \- taking out food from the fridge The beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person. There is (summer 2023) construction ongoing on the site. We enjoyed the cycle route around the lake and an evening stroll to one of the many restaurants in the old town.
