This apartment can accommodate 4 people. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, the second has a double bed. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine... The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet are separate. ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). 🅿️ The apartment is located in the hyper center. Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and Sunday) or at the car parks of the City Hall or Bonlieu. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. We loved our stay and will return in the future. One of the really good features was having the bedrooms at the rear of the building so, even of there was some road or people noise at the front, there was complete quiet at the back for good sleeping. ##### James B.
