This apartment can accommodate 3 people, 5th floor with elevator. The bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed for one person. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a coffee machine, a raclette machine... The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet are separate. ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). 🅿️ A private parking space accompanies the accommodation. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Le double vitrage c'est bien mais dommage qu'il est été posé sur l'ancien bâtit car le froid passe surtout dans la salle. Le matelas est trop ferme à notre goût .L'appartement est très fonctionnel , on se croirait à la maison....une décoration un peu plus moderne le mettrait d'avantage en valeur.
