Superb stylish T2 promises absolute calm, in an upscale residence and neighborhood, opening onto large spaces.  
  
On the 6th floor with elevator, this accommodation with a surface area of ​​60m² offers an incredible view, not overlooked and in a quiet area. A rare rental, you can take full advantage of a furnished terrace of more than 60 m²! (with tables - chairs - parasols).  
  
The apartment has :  
\- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with large bay windows overlooking a wooded park (North / West exposure), a dining area and access to a small furnished balcony.  
\- A bedroom with a 160cm bed, with access to the small balcony and the large terrace.
