This apartment can accommodate 4 people, on the 5th floor with elevator. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette and fondue machine... The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. 🅿️ Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and Sunday) or at the underground car parks Bonlieu which offers packages. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
